DeepDiscount.com…you guys are ok in my book. Not only do you have DVDs, Blu-rays, and so much more at great prices (lower than WAL-MART) but you also offer free shipping.

Recently, when I purchased the Watchmen 2-disc DVD I tried to use your seasonal promotion code “SUPERSALE” to get 25% off my order. I was a bit bummed when it didn’t work, but ordered my DVD anyways. I found out later that day (must have been due to a time zone difference) that the code all of a sudden worked and if only I had waited a few hours I could have used it.

So I sent your customer service staff an email. I explained the situation and asked if I could be credited for the $4.67 that I would have saved had the code worked at that hour of the day. I waited for 6 days with no word other than “we’re looking into it”.

Finally today I received an email from you.

Per your request, on order number xxxxxxx, we have issued a credit for the 25% promotion in the amount of $4.67 to the credit card charged. Please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. We appreciate your patronage and hope you will continue to think of DeepDiscount.com for your home entertainment needs.
